Refund policy

RETURNS


We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.


If, within 30 days for Rolf Glass products, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.


    • All returns must be in resalable condition and in original packaging.
    • An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take up to 14 business days from time of request).
  • We cannot accept returns on gift cards, monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items.


Items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged to a Rolf Glass Retailer.


Items purchased at a Rolf Glass Retailer must be returned to that retailer where they were purchased.


Refunds of shipping charges will only be issued if the item is wrong or defective.
