At Rolf Glass, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority.
In stock retail items ship out within 1-3 days from placement of your order. Shipping times vary depending on your location but most retail orders within the Contiguous US will be received 3-7 days after the order ships from our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 days for International orders.
Retail orders shipped to the Contiguous US under $75 usd ship for a flat rate of $8 usd. All retail orders $75 usd and up ship for free to the Contiguous US.
Retail orders ship either through UPS or FedEx. If you have a preference please let us know when placing your order.
Wholesale shipping charges will be calculated after submitting your order. Customer service will find the best possible rates for your specific order and send a final invoice for payment. If special shipping needs are required please attach them as a note to your order.
We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If, within 30 days for Rolf Glass products, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.
- All returns must be in resalable condition and in original packaging.
- An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take up to 14 business days from time of request).
- We cannot accept returns on gift cards, monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items.
Items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged to a Rolf Glass Retailer.
Items purchased at a Rolf Glass Retailer must be returned to that retailer where they were purchased.
Refunds of shipping charges will only be issued if the item is wrong or defective.
